The company that owns the Morgantown Mall has listed it for sale, along with 12 other properties it owns across the country.

The goal for listing the properties for sale is to sell three or four of the 13 properties so the company can raise approximately $200 million to $300 million, which would be reinvested through redevelopment, said Karen Bailey, director of corporate communications for Glimcher.

“We have a long, successful history with Morgantown Mall and would be happy to continue to own the center,” said Bailey.

The other shopping centers listed for sale include: River Valley Mall in Lancaster, Ohio; Indian Mound Mall in Heath, Ohio; Mall at Fairfield Commons in Dayton, Ohio; Dayton Mall in Dayton, Ohio; Ashland Town Center in Ashland, Kentucky; Colonial Park Mall in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania; Grand Central Mall in Parkersburg, West Virginia; Mall at Johnson City in Johnson City, Tennessee; Merritt Square Mall in Merritt Island, Florida; New Towne Mall in New Philadelphia, Ohio; Northtown Mall in Blaine, Minnesota; Weberstown Mall in Stockton, California.
