Salmon processor Macknight has secured the first major grocery listing for its Grants brand of premium kosher smoked salmon.

Tesco will be selling 300g packs of Grants traditional salmon and 200g packs of Grants hickory smoked salmon in 40 stores that sell kosher food from 8 June. The price has not yet been set.

Macknight is revamping its brand to reposition itself as “the salmon specialists” and relaunching its website.
