    Pioneer Press production facility for sale, lease

    The St. Paul Pioneer Press has listed its production facility with Colliers International.

    Located near the St. Paul airport, the 167,963-square-foot plant is listed for sale or lease — the offering sale price is $3.4 million.

    The Pioneer Press is now printed at the Star Tribune’s production plant in the North Loop, an arrangement that began earlier this year.

    The Colliers listing touts the office/warehouse/production facility’s proximity to downtown St. Paul, as well as access to Highways 52 and 61.
