Magnolia has some of Seattle’s biggest, fanciest homes, but they tend to be at the west end of the neighborhood, along Puget Sound and Elliott Bay.
That said, the east side of the hill has gained some pretty fancy digs in recent years. While the water views are less extensive, this part of Magnolia does look out at downtown Seattle, Queen Anne and Mount Rainier.
Click through the gallery above for a virtual tour of three homes on the east side of Magnolia, listed for more than $1 million. All three have open houses scheduled this weekend.
Keep in mind that open houses are subject to cancellation on short notice.
