Winter Park developer Dan Bellows

Winter Park developer Dan Bellows listed for sale his 75-acre Ravaudage mixed-use development — a project on U.S. Highway 17-92 and Lee Road that he’s spent years on purchasing small pieces of land.
The listing by Cassidy Turley does not include a price and the Orlando Sentinel reports that Mark Stratman, broker for the commercial real estate firm, said they are testing the market to see what kind of price the site would bear.
A piece of Ravaudage property has already been sold to Orlando-based Unicorp National Developments, which has plans for an 18,000-square-foot, two-story Gardens at Ravaudage.
