189 Clinton Ave, Falmouth: $36,833/month or $800 to $14,000/week — A Cape Cod estate with six bedrooms and four baths, this 4,000-square-foot home is located just off of Falmouth Harbor and is a short walk from the private beach.

45 Beacon St., Marblehead: $18,000/month — Another newcomer to Zillow, this house has only been listed for 10 days. At 5,000-square-feet, it easily fits a large family or lots of visitors in its seven bedrooms. There are five bathrooms, including a recently renovated soaking bath and large shower.
