Two former schools and two former toilets are among a total of 15 properties and plots being sold by a cash-strapped council to try and raise some money.
This is the most recent sale of assets by Gwynedd Council which has to find £40m in cuts over three years in its £300m budget.
The former schools are Ysgol Glanypwll, Blaenau Ffestiniog which was more recently used as a factory and rugby club and Ysgol Coed Menai special school, Treborth near Bangor which has been on sale for a while. The two former toilets are at Llandderfel, near Bala, and Barmouth.
In other places, former conveniences have been transformed and used as delis or ice-cream parlours.
The other buildings are Ty Meirion, formerly known as London House, a Grade II listed building over four floors in Eldon Square, Dolgellau; five building plots at Penygroes industrial estate and two at Celynin Road, Llwyngwril.

Corporate property senior manager Dafydd Gibbard said: “It’s not exactly sale of the century but these are assets the council is not using any more and are costing to run. We can’t afford to waste any money and the proceeds will go towards building and maintaining services, schools and roads.”
Mr Gibbard said the Victorian, stone-built Ysgol Glanypwll had been empty for a number of years. There is no guide price and the sale will be by tender.
Offers are invited for two building plots at Ffordd Celynin, Llwyngwril where planning approval has been given to two three-bedroomed homes subject to a 106 local person condition.
Ty Meirion is a large, stone-built property built as a goods emporium for a London merchant. It has several original features remaining including cornices, pelmets and doors.
The ground floor and cellar are presently leased out to the Snowdonia National Park as a tourist information centre.
It has guide price of a very reasonable £120,000.
One other asset is described as Unit 3, Aberamffra harbour, Barmouth.
Unit 3 is a slate-roofed lock-up unit near the harbour at Barmouth. Other units near by have been used as storage by fishermen.
For let is the harbourmaster’s office in Pwlheli which has “lovely views” of the harbour and could be used as a business to launch boats.
Gwynedd has sold a number of other properties subject to contract including Canolfan Dinorwig, former council depot at Llan Ffestiniog and former Bron y Graig, residential home, Bala.
In the recent past, Gwynedd has sold off a toll house, numerous former schools as well as cinemas, a former mortuary, homes for the elderly, clinics, depots and 25 loos in a bid to balance the books.
