Some of the most luxurious addresses in the country sit in South Florida.  Within them, extreme kitchens with luxurious finishes.

Listed at $13,950,000 the condo at 1000 S. Ocean Boulevard #703 in Boca Raton is the most expensive condo on the market in the area.  The property has 6,900 square feet of living space and 4,000 square feet on the terrace.

“As you know, 4,000 square feet on the terrace, you can have a soccer game out there,” Adzem laughed.
