A Spotsylvania County hotel that was recently thoroughly renovated and rebranded is for sale.
The Holiday Inn Express at 5422 Jefferson Davis Highway in the Southpoint development recently was listed for sale. The hotel was formerly a Comfort Inn.
The 125-room hotel is listed on LoopNet for $10 million. The listing agent is Kevin Khim of Fairfax Realty.
