Less than a year after she moved into property, Tulisa’s sprawling £4.5million Hertfordshire mansion is up for sale.
With a sweeping gravelled driveway, five bedroom suites and an indoor pool complex with a gym and cinema room it’s a far cry from the three-bedroom house she grew up in, in North London.
The house is being advertised as first listed for sale on 21st November 2013, just 11 months after the singer first got her hands on the keys.
Up for sale: The £4.5m property Tulisa lived in for 11 months has been put up for sale
Listed on Zoopla, the house is described as a ‘spectacular Georgian style detached residence’ set in ‘one of the most desirable places to live in Hertfordshire’.
With a crisp white painted exterior, the house certainly has a regal presence; it was a new build when the 25-year-old moved in last winter.
The house has two acres of land attached with an indoor pool complex, electric gates with a video entry system and a 60 inch LED Sony TV in the ‘garden room’.
Pool party: The house boasts several stunning extras including a swimming pool complex and gym
Glamorous: The star’s former home is based in Hertfordshire and has been valued at £4.5 million
Living quarters: Tulisa’s home was decorated before she moved in and is still in pristine condition
With a gym, triple garage, and five bedrooms split over two levels it’s no wonder the singer was happy when she picked up the keys in December last year, alongside then-boyfriend Danny Simpson.
Since moving into the house, which is currently valued at £4.5million, the star has been arrested after being accused of setting up a drug deal to an undercover reporter.
She appeared in court on 19th December charged with supplying Class A drugs.
Rear view: The view of the property from the garden shows the extent of the sprawling mansion
On the move: Tulisa no longer lives in the property which includes an amazing feature staircase and video entry control on the electric gates
Everything’s perfect: The singer was said to be excited to move into her new place in 2012, yet just 11 months on she’s moved out the house
Since then the singer has been posting pictures on her Instagram account of her new fitness regime, which she clearly takes seriously.
Tulisa’s new place looks a little less lavish with the star posting a picture earlier this week of a small room with a ping pong table in the middle.
The picture was captioned: ‘Do you know what time is it #pingpongboss’
A little less glam: The singer’s new pad is a little smaller than before, and she’s not found time to hang the pictures on the walls
One careful lady owner: Tulisa moved into the property last year, but has since moved out and it’s now up for sale

The mansion is beautiful and yet it does not look like a home; more like a show home. I hope she goes straight and narrow after this saga…

Tulisa isn’t spending her X factor salary on property. She is far too thick to invest in anything apart from tacky clothes and Charlie.

Anyone who’s watched her BBC documentary “Tulisa: My Mum and Me” (about parents with mental health issues) will know what kind of difficult life this girl has had from an incredibly young age through no fault of her own. She’s become successful through hard work and made a mistake which has turned her life upside down thanks to entrapment by a sleazy “journalist” and SOME people seem to be having the time of their lives mocking her with comments about how she’s going back to her “council house roots” while running to the defence of someone like Nigella Lawson. Tulisa’s upbringing has been infinitely more difficult than the privileged one someone like Nigella has lived, rather than celebrating her struggles with absolute glee, why not hope she gets back on the straight path?
