The home, listed for sale for $12.75 million is a luxury waterfront mansion with a special edition Rolls-Royce Phantom in one of the garages.

Real estate agents have confirmed the Rolls is one of only 25 ever made.

The new home owner will also have room for three boats at the Boca Raton property, which has been described as a yachters dream.

It has been calculated the monthly payment on the home would be an estimated $51,198, assuming a 20 percent down payment on a 30-year mortgage.
