“Over this time we’ve seen many of these iconic hairstyles copied by thousands of people in our salons.”
The Duchess of Cambridge’s long brunette curls came 13th, followed by late actor James Dean’s “high top” then David Beckham’s 90s “curtains” and Cher’s waist-length straight hair.
Some more questionable styles also made the list, like former footballer Kevin Keegan’s mullet at 31.
His hairdo even beat the Queen’s coiffed curls, which were voted in at number 50.
