Now that Christmas is upon us, time is running short for making plans for New Year’s Eve. Just how are you planning to celebrate? If you need some ideas, listed below are even more New Year’s Eve parties and events scheduled in Metro Detroit to ring in 2014:

Canton: The New Year’s Eve Show at The Village Theater at Cherry Hill features Matt King, a Las Vegas performer, who performs a tribute to Elvis, Paul McCartney, and Roy Orbison. Shows are scheduled at 4 and 7 PM. Tickets are $29.

Holly: The Holly Hotel rings in the New Year with a a special six-course dinner. Reservations are available from 4 PM to 11 PM. The cost is $85 per person.

Mt. Clemens: Children’s New Year’s Eve in Never Never Land is an event to ring in the New Year for the whole family. The event includes characters at participating restaurants in downtown Mt. Clemens, pony rides, a petting zoo, a sing along, train rides, crafts, magic shows, music performances and fireworks. It runs from 4 to 9 PM on New Year’s Eve.

Mt. Clemens: New Year’s Eve Gala carries on where the Children’s party leaves off. From 8 PM to midnight, the event features live bands, as well as fireworks at midnight.

Plymouth: 5ive Restaurant at the Inn at St. John’s is hosting a special New Year’s dinner from 5 PM to 10 PM. The cost is $60 per person.
