It’s been less than a week since “Fast and Furious” star Paul Walker was buried in a private ceremony in Los Angeles and, of course, at least one car owner is already trying to turn a profit.
A Nissan Skyline GT-R that starred alongside Walker in 2009’s “Fast Furious,” the fourth installment of the car-racing franchise, has been listed for sale at the wallet-busting price of $1.4 million, reports Yahoo Autos.

According to an online listing, the GT-R features Volks Racing RE30 19×11 wheels.

In August, the German owner of the sports car told a car magazine that he was selling the car for about $400,000, however a new listing nearly tripling the initial asking price has since emerged.

The Nissan Skyline GT-R is currently owned by Munich-based car restoration firm GT-A.
The listing boasts the car’s heavy modifications, including a body kit, new braking system, and custom roll cage. With just 6,000 miles, the GT-R stakes claim as the vehicle driven (and, of course, raced) by Paul Walker in the film.

The car was initially listed for about $400,000 as of August, but the price has nearly tripled since the death of ‘Fast Furious’ star Paul Walker.
The listing also claims the purchaser will receive a copy of the lease agreement with Universal Pictures from when the car was used in the film.
For comparison, a 2014 Nissan GT-R featuring a 3.8-liter twin-turbo V-6 engine making 545 horsepower has a base price of $99,590.
