MAIN LINE, Pennsylvania — The posh estate of former Philadelphia 76ers president Pasquale “Pat” Croce is on the market, with a $7.95 million price tag.

Listing agent Lavinia Smerconish tells Philly.com (http://bit.ly/18zVjVo ) that Croce isn’t leaving the Philadelphia area, he’s just “downsizing” saying, “he’s a Philly guy.”

The estate sits on 3.5 acres, and includes a 10,625-square-foot home with six bedrooms, eight bathrooms, and a 10-car garage. The property also includes a tennis court and swimming pool.

Croce was a conditioning coach for the Philadelphia Flyers and trainer for the Sixers before developing a chain of fitness centers and, eventually, becoming president of the NBA franchise.

Croce remains a radio and TV personality, started the St. Augustine Pirate Treasure Museum in Florida, where he also owns several bars in Key West.
