HAMILTON/BUTLER COUNTIES, OH (FOX19) –

The space formerly known as Forest Fair Mall is not for
sale, despite several media reports on Thursday.

The 2 million-square-foot
mall — previously named Cincinnati Mall, Cincinnati Mills and Forest Fair Mall
— was listed for sale this week for $45 million on a commercial property
website. One problem, the mall isn’t for sale.

Karla Ellsworth, Head of
Development for Forest Fair Village, says an unknown and unassociated entity
listed the property on the website. The fake lister didn’t have the location or
square footage correct, Ellsworth said.

According to Forest Fair Village’s website, they are planning
on welcoming new tenants Bee
Fit Health Club​​​​​​​​​
and Cincinnati Sports Zone.
