The Elleair Maui Golf Club in Kihei is on the market for $15 million, according to a listing from CBRE Group Inc. Hawaii.
The 6,801-yard, par-71 course at 1345 Piilani Highway, is being offered as a fee simple sale.
Elleair Maui Golf Club LLC is listed as the owner of the property, which has a total value of about $4.5 million for the course and improvements, according to county tax records.
Elleair Maui Golf Club is managed by Elleair Hawaii Inc., which is owned by Japan’s Daio Paper Corp., which also owns the 147-room Maui Beach Hotel in Kahului.
The Elleair isn’t the only golf course that’s currently on the market. On Monday, I reported that the Kiahuna Golf Course on Kauai’s South Shore is on the market for $13.75 million, according to a listing with Sleeping Giant Sotheby’s International Realty.
