With five sales completed this week and reductions remaining relatively low, signs of market rejuvenation abound with many brokers excited for the show season this year. Prices seem to have lowered to hover around realistic pricing with buyer and sellers coming to terms with the end of fire sales post the Global Financial Crisis.
