A six-story building in Boston’s Back Bay has been listed for sale at $9.5 million.

Newbury RB LLC, a Boston entity managed by Richard and Gregory Byrne, bought the 130,000-square-foot building in 2008 for $6.8 million.

The 9-unit elevator property on the third block of Newbury Street between Clarendon and Dartmouth totals 8,994 square feet. It includes three tandem parking spaces for a total of six spaces.
