Vacation Bible School
MAUMELLE — Vacation Bible School registration at First Baptist Church Maumelle is under way. Colossal Coaster World for children ages 3 through the fifth grade will be held from 6-8:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. “Facing fear, trusting God,” from 2 Timothy 1:7 will be the emphasis through Bible study, music, games and crafts. Audubon Society Meeting
DARDANELLE — The Arkansas River Valley Audubon Society will meet at 7 p.m. at the visitors center in Dardanelle State Park. Creature Feature
CLINTON — The Little Red River Audubon Society will host Creature Feature, a program designed to give an up-close experience with some of the animals from the Little Rock Zoo. The program, which is suitable for kids of all ages, will begin around 7 p.m. at the Petit Jean Electric Building, 270 Quality Drive. The society will meet at 5:30 p.m. at Western Sizzlin’. Adventure Day Camp
GREENBRIER — Woolly Hollow State Park will hold a camp Tuesday through Thursday for girls ages 7-11 to introduce them to nature. Activities will include hiking, camping, kayaking, crafting, nature programming and more. Children will be supervised by a park interpreter and trained volunteers. Business Seminar
RUSSELLVILLE — The Arkansas Small Business and Technology Development Center will present a free seminar, Get Listed Locally, from 2-4 p.m. at Arkansas Tech University. A computer will be provided during the seminar for each participant to use to learn how to increase their online presence. The seminar is free, as a result of a joint partnership with Connect Arkansas, a private, nonprofit corporation dedicated to increasing high-speed Internet and adoption throughout Arkansas. Raffle and Bake Sale
ATKINS — Atkins Catholic Church on U.S. 64 will have its annual meal, raffle and bake sale from 4:30-8 p.m. in McKee Hall. The meal is a buffet of slow-roasted beef served with horseradish sauce and brown gravy. There will also be a salad bar, mashed potatoes, country green beans, homemade rolls and desserts. The cost of the buffet is $12 for adults and $6 for children 6 to 12. Raffle winners will be announced after the meal. Mass will be celebrated at 4 p.m.

FAST Summer Programs
CONWAY — The Conway Regional Therapy Center’s summer FAST program continues at the Hendrix Wellness and Athletic Center. The program is designed to help young athletes, grades 3 through college, improve their skills. Arkansas River Cleanup
RUSSELLVILLE — Lake Dardanelle State Park staff members will be among the participants in the third annual Arkansas River Cleanup on July 6. This activity is being held in conjunction with National River Cleanup Day to allow people to come together to make a big impact on the environment through the removal of trash and debris. Guy Peachfest
GUY — The second annual Guy Peachfest will be held July 12 and 13 at the Guy City Park. Activities will include a beauty pageant, a 5K run/walk, a parade, a classic car show, a horseshoe tournament, a peach cook-off, a poker run, vendor booths, concessions, a rodeo and live music. The festival will begin on the afternoon of July 12 and conclude on the night of July 13 with the Fireworks Finale. High School Fishing World Finals
RUSSELLVILLE — High school bass anglers from across the nation will converge on Russellville and Lake Dardanelle on July 15-20 to compete in the High School Fishing World Finals tournament.
