  • Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) • Hoosier Healthwise Insurance • Food stamps To join, visit any of the venues listed and complete the Access Pass application. The application may also be downloaded at:   www.childrensmuseum.org/access-pass Applicants must show an Indiana State issued photo ID card and a Hoosier Healthwise or Hoosier Works Enrollment Recertification Letter
