A popular bar and restaurant in San Diego has been listed for sale.

The Waterfront Bar and Grill on 2034 Kettner St. has been in San Diego for 80 years, according to its website, and Nancy Nichols has owned the Little Italy bar since the early 19080s.

Known as a hot spot for locals, The Waterfront is open daily from 6 a.m. to 2 a.m. The grill serves breakfast, lunch and dinner plus includes a full bar.

The listing price is $540,000 and the posting calls it a “Great bargain for operators.”

Nichols could not be reached for comment as of Friday morning.
