Sunday’s Sold! column on Patch this week will show where some of the houses that have actively been on the market for the past several months are going — apparently, many are selling.

However, this Sunday’s schedule for open house tours continues to ofer a variety of homes at multiple price ranges. One condo in Basking Ridge is listed at less than $200,000 — and three homes in Bernardsville and Basking Ridge are being marketed at more than $2 million or $3 million.
