Despite it’s smaller size, this Sunday’s schedule in Bernardsville had as many open houses scheduled as Basking Ridge as of the beginning of the weekend.

Home with open houses scheduled for this weekend spanned a wide price range in both towns, with Bernardsville having a wider difference at price — starting with a $225,000 one-bedroom apartment and up to a 8,000 square foot home being marketed for almost $2.8 million.

Basking Ridge had more homes in what would be considered a moderate price range for the Somerset Hills.
