Originally we reported that Real Housewife of New York City Ramona Singer had increased the asking price on her Southampton house. Ms. Singer’s office has corrected us–this place is a house in the area that used the same plans as Ms. Singer’s residence, which is not for sale. Curbed regrets the error.

The property was originally listed for sale back in May of 2008 for $7.2M. It was pricechopped in April 2009 to $6.5M, and there the price stayed through various real estate agents, always listed for sale and for rent, until last month. Now Douglas Elliman has the listing (again) and the house has been priceupped to $7.2M.
For that, you get a dining room with “two story vaulted ceilings,” a 38-foot kitchen with fireplace, 6 bedrooms, 4.5 baths, 1.6 acres and tennis court.
