Taste listed for sale

Currently listed for sale: Taste, the downtown Albany restaurant. From the listing: “Offering four distinct profit centers including the Bar, Restaurant with large patio (Seating Capacity – 52 restaurant, 40 bar, 125 patio), lobby kiosk, and the penthouse meeting and banquet facility (Seating capacity – 400 including rooftop deck for 300) with amazing views of the Albany skyline.”

List price: $450,000.

As you might remember, this is the restaurant that started as Dale Miller and switched names in 2011 after the chef and the owners parted ways.

Update: Steve Barnes spoke with one of the owners, who said that any sale would require that gift cards or other commitments be met.
