Jones listed as DNP on injury report

FOXBOROUGH, Mass. — The New England Patriots listed defensive end Chandler Jones (ankle), tight end Rob Gronkowski (forearm/hip) and guard Logan Mankins (ankle/calf) as “did not practice” on their Monday injury report.

Since the team did not practice Monday, the designations are projections as if a practice were held.

Jones left in the first quarter of Sunday’s win over the Indianapolis Colts and did not return, while Gronkowski underwent surgery on his broken forearm on Monday, according to ESPN NFL Insider Adam Schefter.

Otherwise, there were no other players added to Monday’s injury report. Safety Tavon Wilson, who was added to Saturday’s injury report as probable with an ankle injury, was not listed on Monday’s report.
