THE 53-year-old Scenic Hills Riding Ranch at Denham Court has been listed for sale on behalf of receivers Ernst and Young.

The ranch was opened by the Sweeney family in 1959.

The 200ha site includes Sweeney’s Function Centre, an outdoor theatre, and a number of dwellings, sheds, stables and outbuldings.

Expressions of interest for the site close on Thursday, November 22, at 4pm.
