There’s been a lot of talk of late about Calgary’s luxury resale housing market.

Already, the city has set a record for most sales ever in a year of MLS properties over $1 million.

But what is the lowest priced residential MLS property on the market today?

It’s a 1200-square-foot house, built in 1952, in the Killarney Glengarry neighbourhood listed at $9,900.
