Concord Scoutmaster Listed on Recently Released Boy Scout Perversion List

A former Concord Scoutmaster is named in the recently released files detailing sex-abuse allegations within the Boy Scouts of America from the mid-1960s to the mid-1980s.

Ronald Schlieper, who in 1969 was the Scoutmaster of Troop 495 in Concord, was banned from the Troop after the Boy Scouts of America claim he made inproper sexual advances towards a boy, and had another stay overnight at his home on Detroit Avenue, according to the files. Schleiper was 23-years-old at the time of the alleged abuse.

Schlieper no longer lives in California, and has never been convicted of any crime against children.

In non-related/related news, according to a news story from 2008, a man named Ronald Schlieper, who is a former resident of Concord, now lives in Bend, Oregon. He is a neighbor of Thomas Beatie, the first man on Earth who gave birth to a baby.
