The Henderson County Tourist Commission is in the process of compiling information about local events to be included in the 2013 Calendar of Events.

If you or your organization has an event you would like considered for listing on the tourism website, download the form at www.hendersonky.org/event or stop by the Depot at 101. N. Water St. to pick up a form.

The tourist commission uses this information to attract visitors to Henderson and the surrounding areas. These submissions are used throughout the year in newspaper, magazine, radio, television, social media and other advertising features.

Deadline for event submissions is Dec. 1 to have all events listed by Jan. 1 on the Henderson County Tourist Commission website and in various publications.

If you are unsure of your event date at this time, you may submit a form with a “To Be Announced” date and contact the tourism office at a later time to make adjustments to your listing.
