Jabulisa, businessman Simon Tripp’s impressive 6.9-hectare Sydney northern beaches acreage, has been listed for sale.
The Tripps have reportedly spent millions of dollars developing Jabulisa, described as the “ultimate family resort”, since they paid $6.3 million to amalgamate the land between 2006 and late 2007.
The listing agents, Richard Simeon and Mark Manners of Richardson Wrench Mosman, expect Jabulisa to sell for more than $20 million.
“Its the ultimate family resort with championship tennis court, swimming pool, spa, gym, small lake, horse riding and nearby golf, fishing, shooting, swimming and much more,” the marketing spiel says.
“Excellent feng shui throughout the property is a design feature, even the three street addresses have the ideal numbers 116, 118 and 88.”
