ANGMERING: five externally illuminated information panel signs, Haskins, Roundstone Garden Centre.

ARUNDEL: listed building consent application to redecorate exterior and replace signwork and lighting, Swan Hotel, 27-29 High Street.

Changes of use from shops to shops/restaurants and cafés, 13 High Street. Also, listed building consent application for same.

BARNHAM: outline application for development of up to 107 residential units, Pollards Nursery, Lake Lane (this is a departure from the development plan).

EAST PRESTON: alterations and first-floor extension, providing reduced garden room on ground floor, together with conversion of garage to a gym and two new bedrooms, study and bathroom to first floor; remove pitched roof and replace with lower mono-pitched roof, Sandgate House, South Strand. Re-advertised due to revised roof design.
