The Bozeman Daily Chronicle
Bozeman’s housing market has seen an increase in sales through the first half of 2012, mirroring a statewide housing industry trend, according to figures released by the Montana Association of Realtors.
Sales of single-family homes, townhouses and condos grew by nearly 8 percent compared to the same time period last year, according to the recently released statistics. Lot sales increased by 69 percent.
