Most probable one of the residents of this building with a vehicle matching his home will be the buyer of this parking space.

According to Dolly Lenz, Vice Chairwoman, Prudential Douglas Elliman, the firm which has listed this property, “It’s for someone who wants complete privacy. You can drive in and not be seen again. It’s for the type of person who finds that attractive. It could be a celebrity or a business person who is camera shy.”
