Conventional wisdom used to be that the number of houses for sale rose in the springtime — and so did interest rates.
But this year that formula has switched — yes, there is a very active market, as evidenced by this Sunday’s busy open house schedule. But interest rates have stayed at historic lows, even dipping at some points.
Real estate agents and sellers, let us know. Are you getting lots of browsers and/or seriously interested potential buyers at open houses.
And house hunters — are you satisfied with what you’ve been seeing? Or do you think prices need to drop event lower?
