The local real estate market has seen a good amount of sales activity over the past few weeks—the area registered 40 new pending deals (“under contract”) and 31 new title transfers.

Included in the list of pending sales is our featured home, “Glenholme,” the beautiful, 1854 second empire victorian home at 501 North Broadway in Upper Nyack.  

The setting for several movies—including the 1998’s Stepmom (Julia Roberts, Susan Sarandon) and 2010’s The Bounty Hunter (Jennifer Aniston, Gerard Butler)—this 5,200-sq. ft. home was originally listed at $3,375,000 back in December of 2010.
