A major portion of the Waterfront, the region’s second-largest shopping center, is for sale for the second time in five years.
Cleveland-based Developers Diversified Realty, which bought the property for $160 million in 2007, has listed the property with the Pittsburgh office of HFF Inc.
The part being sold includes the majority of the retail portion of the Homestead mixed-use redevelopment.
There is no list price on the property, said Nick Matt, managing director at HFF, and bids are due May 11.
