City of Saratoga Springs to keep six of the delinquent properties it seized …

• 195 Division St. — This .14-acre empty lot has 50 feet of frontage on Division Street. It’s in a residential neighborhood of houses on similar-sized lots. It is assessed at $65,000. Full market value is $73,171. It was formerly owned by W. and C. Gregory, who have a post office box in Saratoga Springs. The annual tax bill is $713.07.

• 26 Cherry St. — This old-style, 1,743-square-foot, six-bedroom house sits on a .17-acre parcel. It is assessed at $157,000 and its full market value is listed as $191,463. According to the property tax information, the owner is listed as Ellsworth Ice Cream Co. The annual tax bill $1,582.28.

• 386 Caroline St. — The value of this Cape Cod-style house with three bedrooms and 1,638 square feet of space is assessed at $293,200 with a listed full market value of $357,561. It sits on a .42-acre lot. It was owned until September by May J. and Robert James Moore of 10 Elm St. in Gansevoort. The annual tax bill is $3,073.

• 4 Bemis Heights Road — A 2,064-square-foot colonial house with four bedrooms, this property is assessed at $296,500 and has an estimated full market value of $361,585. It sits on a .29-acre lot and the annual tax bill is $3,116.64. Up until September 2011, it was owned by Robert V. Lizardo and Patricia E. Pettit, who are listed as living at the house.

• Conver Drive — This lot at the corner of Conver Drive and Gilbert Road has an assessed value of $165,100 and a full market value of $201,341. The parcel is 19,602 square feet and the property reportedly has a water supply and pumping equipment. It was previously owned by Robert Bowersox of Peabody Place in Gansevoort. The annual tax bill is $1,800.26.

• 382 Lake Ave. — This old-style house with three bedrooms and 1,574 square feet of living space sits on 1.72 acres and has an assessed value of $188,600, making its full market value $230,000, according to the county’s records. It is the first house on the left after Stewart’s Shops on Lake Avenue and has 92 feet of frontage on Lake Avenue. It was owned by Peter Tulin of Saratoga Springs and has an annual tax bill of $1,672.88.

• 146 Middle Ave. — This three-bedroom, old-style house is 2,144 square feet and has an assessed value of $206,200, a full market value of $251,463 and was previously owned by Anna Mae Claydon, who is listed at the same address. The lot is a tenth of an acre. The tax bill is $2,078 annually.

• 12 Lamplighter Lane — This four-bedroom, 1,406-square-foot ranch house was assessed at $142,00, which makes its estimated full market price $173,415. It was previously owned by W. and A. Ethier, who are listed at the same address. The yearly tax bill is $1,358.55 and the property is .32 acres.

• Jones Avenue, Kingspring Avenue, Heyes Spring Avenue, Merrill Avenue, Pratt Drive — Those streets only exist on paper in Saratoga Springs. They are the potential locations for four separate lots owned by T. J. and M. Carroll of Lady of Hope Residence in Latham. In order of the roads listed, the properties are 1.75 acres, 1.94 acres, 2.65 acres, 1.3 acres and .1 acres. All of the proposed streets are located off Route 9 near Kaydeross Avenue West. They are assessed at $19,800, $21,900, $29,900, $17,927 and $1,100, respectively. The tax bills are between $9.76 and $265.21 per year.

• Nelson Avenue — This lot, much like the Carrolls’, is located on a planned road — Radford Street — off of Nelson Avenue. It is approximately 40 by 100 feet and has an assessed value of $1,000, making its estimated full market price $1,220. It was previously owned by Albert Nordgren of Brooklyn.
