How much does the average home cost in Birmingham?

According to AOL Real Estate, the average price of homes listed for sale in Birmingham right now is $676,112, with a median price of $469,900.

However, with such a high average listing price, we wanted to see what’s for sale right now at around that price. Here’s what we found on the market for between $650,000 and $700,000.
