Liliana Crane and Christopher M. Crane have listed for sale a three-bed, three-bath home at 27 Country Place Lane in Greece for $154,900.

The Cranes acquired the home in May 2007. The 1,676-square-foot house was built in 1984 in New York. Faber Homes is the listing agency for the property.

Liliana Crane has been a community liaison and Latino health promotion program developer at the University of Rochester Medical Center. Aside from that, she has been a Spanish interpreter at Strong Memorial Hospital and a coordinator at Ibero American Action League, a Latino community organization promoting educational, professional, and cultural advancement.

She received a bachelor’s degree in modern language from Virginia Wesleyan College and a master’s degree in medical management from the University of Rochester – William E. Simon Graduate School of Business Administration. She is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in physical therapy at Nazareth College of Rochester.
