Energy-efficiency pioneers are being sought for a campaign to prove how easy it is to make your home greener.
People in Bath will open up their homes to the public in March to encourage others to follow their example.

Now homeowners and tenants with inspiring examples of energy-saving measures are being encouraged to come forward by Bath and North East Somerset Council, the Bath Preservation Trust and the pressure group Transition Bath.
The Bath Homes Fit for the Future Open Homes Weekend on March 17 and 18 will enable people to visit a range of houses fitted with technology to make them warmer, greener and cheaper to run.
The project urgently needs more local people to demonstrate their home’s features to make it a success.
These features might include advanced insulation or glazing, low carbon or renewable energy technologies, rainwater harvesting, or even a roof which incorporates grass.
Homes can be any age and of any type, including flats.
Among those already taking part are Paul Berry and Moira Brennan of Bathampton, who have fitted solar panels.
Mr Berry said they made their home more energy-efficient because they were worried about rising fuel prices and peak oil – the point where oil begins to run out.
“As a community, we need to adapt and make changes, and a great place to start is by looking at our own homes.
“We have found that insulation and generating our own power is really important, and by opening our home we want to help others work out what they can do.”
The Bath Homes Fit for the Future campaign will run workshops, talks and other activities in March and April.
The preservation trust had helped lead the Warmer Bath project to prove that old buildings can reduce their carbon footprints.
Conservation officer Joanna Robinson said: “Through Warmer Bath, we have worked with some old and listed buildings and made them more energy-efficient, while being sensitive to their heritage.
“This is an ideal opportunity for anyone who has successfully improved the efficiency of their old or listed home to come forward and share their experiences.”
Participants will be given full support, including a home visit in advance from the campaign co-ordinator, a pack containing all the information and materials they need, and a volunteer steward on the day.
