Time for us Capital Weather Gang bloggers to update our wardrobes: we made GQ’s “The 50 Most Powerful People in Washington” list. Among a group that includes Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, the Post’s Ezra Klein, and CIA director David Petraeus, we’re #38 of 50.

Obama speechwriter Jon Favreau checks CWG “obsessively,” and he’s not alone. The Gang pride themselves on putting weather into plain English (”The temperature is right, the damp is wrong.
