Troubled singer R Kelly has put his Chicago mansion up for sale.

According to a report on Zillowblog.com, Kelly has been having trouble paying his mortgage.

After not making payments for more than a year he has listed the luxury home for sale at $1.595 million.

The RB singer bought the mega-mansion in 1997 and the estate became the subject of a $2.9 million foreclosure lawsuit when he failed to meet payments, which was rumored to be a tactical move to make his lender renegotiate his loan.

According to Zillowblog.com, R Kelly’s original loan was issued in 1999 for $3.5 million, but due to dropping home values the property is now worth less than he owes.
