)( A Thanksgiving day camp for 5-year-olds through fifth-graders is scheduled from 8:15 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. Monday at Our Lady of Prompt Succor Catholic Church, 529 La. 20, Chackbay. The camp features crafts, singing, playing games and learning lessons. The camp fee includes lunch. The event is sponsored by the church’s teen ministry.

)( The Bayouland YMCA’s holiday camp is scheduled from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Wednesday at the YMCA, 103 Valhi Blvd., Houma. The camp costs $15 a day for YMCA members and $35 for nonmembers. Lunch costs $4. For information, call 873-9622.
