Nov. 17: Youths ages 3-5, accompanied by an adult, are invited to participate in “Bears!” 10-11 a.m. at Finch Hollow Nature Center, Johnson City. Admission is free, reservations required: 729-4231.

Nov. 18: Public sight-in day for rifles and shotguns, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Whitney Point Sportsmen Association, Route 206 east of Whitney Point. Targets at 25, 50, 75 and 100 yards. Information: Ed at 648-8753.

Nov. 18: All you can eat spaghetti dinner at 4-7 p.m. at Hallstead Great Bend Rod and Gun Club, Dubois St, Hallstead Pa. Adults $6, kids $3, under 6 free.

Nov. 19: Pine cone wreath workshop 10 a.m.-noon at Finch Hollow Nature Center, Johnson City for adults and ages 12-up. Each participant must bring a 10-inch or smaller wreath form, a hot glue gun and accompanying hot glue sticks. Cones and other supplies will be provided.
