There are four bedrooms, 5 1/2 bathrooms and 3,677 square feet of living space. Outdoor amenities include a swimming pool, spa and fire pit.

The 22nd-floor condo sits at the southeastern corner of the glass-sheathed high-rise with a balcony offering skyline views. It has two bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms in 1,672 square feet.
Perry, 42, starred in the sitcom “Friends” starting in 1994. Since playing Chandler Bing, he has starred in “17 Again” (2009) and the comedy series “Mr. Sunshine” (2011).
