It’s pretty exciting doing these numbers week in and week out.
Across the board this week we have good numbers for properties going into escrow and they have been very consistent all year long. Usually this time of year, the activity tends to die down a bit, but it appears the historically low interest rates and low home prices have continued to fuel our real estate market.
I’ve been lucky over the past few months to be doing some real estate specific training and have been exposed to real estate agents from across the nation and also Europe. I must tell you that we are very fortunate with our California real estate market and most of the agents have expressed to me that they would love to have the kind of activity that we continue to have.
The following update on local real estate information is based on Multiple Listing Service data as of Friday.
