Black Country law firm George Green has advised on the sale of Mathers Foundry to a Mumbai Stock Exchange-listed company.
Manufacturing company Mathers Foundry was sold by parent company Westley, based in Cradley Heath, to alloy steel casting group WPIL.
The terms of the deal were not disclosed.
WPIL, which manufactures combined pumps and alloy casting, is based in India.
Westley Group consists of five brands and spcialises in non-ferrous foundry. The group employs more than 200 people and has a turnover of about €30m.
Associate Clare Martin led the George Green advisory team and Clyde Co represented WPIL.
