The actor’s real estate agent has listed the sprawling 4,088 sq ft home on the market for $13.75 million.
The four-bedroom, four-bathroom gated property has recently been renovated and has a huge kitchen, three fireplaces and bamboo floors.
It also has a tennis court, top of the range security system and backs on to a private cove on the Pacific Ocean affording it stunning views.
Brad apparently bought the property back in 2005 for $8.4 million which was around the time that he split from ex-wife Jennifer Aniston.
The actor briefly tried to sell it in 2009 for $18 million but the price was lowered significantly before it was put back on the market yesterday.
Rumours surfaced over the weekend that the Jolie-Pitts are considering moving to the UK after falling in love with the London area of Richmond during a recent visit.
Angelina Jolie and the couple’s six children are currently in the UK while Brad continues to film post-apocalyptic horror movie World War.
“They love the area and are considering investing in property there,” a source told British newspaper The Sun.
“It’s a great environment for their kids to grow up and they can fly anywhere from Heathrow nearby.”
The family has journeyed to Scotland where production of the film has now moved.
